VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!! My salesman was John... He was very polite and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car.. All the cars are low miles and very nice... Finance person Jesse was very nice also.. I drove away in a VERY nice car with a low monthly payment.. They met all my needs I told them exactly how much I wanted to put down payment and monthly payment and they got me lower than what I expected... Really honest dealer. I took my car for a pre-purchase inspection and they confirmed me all what I had heard. There were a couple of minor points that I discovered after the inspection and a couple of medium ones (a dent and a possible issue with the alternator that could come up in few months), but nothing serious. Nothing unexpected for a pre-owned car (in my case a BMW convertible with hard top). I was given all the information I needed (technical, financial). They helped me with tinting the windows, taking the car to a car shop for an inspection, etc ... All the agents are great, but, Carlos Gomez, in particular was outstanding. If I had to buy another car, I would first call them. I took business cards with me for my friends and colleagues. They also have a car shop in Burbank with great deals for the customers. Ah, and the deal was really fair and good. If I don't come back in few months, this purchase was a total success.

Just purchased a Porsche from them. I live out of state and they were very accommodating. They were very honest and the car is exactly what was for sale online. They didn't hide anything about the car. Over the phone they even told me about a scratch (only flaw). Would recommend.
